payment

Payment is required to be paid in full after the sketch is shown with approval from the buyer.

progress shots

Works will be sent watermarked until full payment is received. I like to provide progress shots at each stage of the art, but buyer may request more/fewer updates.

rush fee

The buyer is able to request a rush fee be applied to a commission, which in turn will push the piece to the top of the queue with same day completion. The rush fee is an added 30% of the original cost of the commission.

communication

There needs to be communication between seller and buyer. I cannot deliver a product to the buyers satisfaction if the buyer will not respond. The buyer may also ask questions about updates on where the art progress is, for needed changes, etc.

Turnaround time

Turnaround time may range from same day to two weeks. Please note, I have quite a bit of issues with my health and chronic pain. On my bad flare-up days, I may not be able to work on art.

refund policy

Refunds will not be provided unless I am unable to finish your art request, or you request a refund before lining is completed. If the buyer requests a refund, they will receive a refund equivalent to the amount of work done. I will offer a full refund if I am incapable of doing your commission.

cancellation policy

You, the buyer, are allowed to cancel a commission. The amount of money that is equivalent to the work must be paid however, even on a cancelled piece.

Using my work

You are allowed to use commissioned pieces as profile pictures, share on social media, etc. However, you may not use my art for training ai, nor trace/copy it. You are welcome to ask about referencing my art/style.
